Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Refund Eligibility

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if no Reports have been delivered to you.
• Once the first Report has been delivered, the subscription is considered consumed and no refund is available.
• Renewal payments are non-refundable after the billing date.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content that has been accessed or downloaded with your consent waives the 14-day right of withdrawal. By subscribing, you acknowledge that delivery of the first Report constitutes immediate performance of the contract and waives withdrawal rights.

This policy is governed by Polish law.
