1. Parties

The Specie Institute is a trade name of Fresh Ahead Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (NIP: 8513194700, KRS: 0000614889, REGON: 364289122, EU VAT: PL8513194700), with registered office in Szczecin, Poland.

2. Services

We provide institutional research on monetary architecture, central bank reserves, precious metals markets, and geopolitical risk. All products are digital deliverables.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize recurring charges at the stated price.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd, UK), our authorized Merchant of Record. Your payment relationship is with Paddle.

5. Intellectual Property

All Reports, data, analysis and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Specie Institute. Redistribution, republication, or sharing with non-subscribers is prohibited without written license.

6. No Investment Advice

Our research is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Specie Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our research.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by courts in Szczecin, Poland.
